_ X-ray is a must!

_Depending on fracture conditions, traditional healing may or may not help. (in this case, refering to X-ray_ it CANNOT HELP_) the bone will 'fall" again in time

_I've seen 5 specialist orthopedics doctors and all 5 has same diagnosis. Surgery is unavoidable

2 incersion screws and one plate (fibula) with 5/6 screws
-I'm buying my plate and screws directly from the distributor (cash price RM 400 or USD 120/- approx. )
_Treatment /surgery will be at PUTRAJAYA HOSPITAL

WINDOw of time for surgery = 2 weeks max.

Symptoms : swollen leg at ankle.
The leg was put with a back-slab (half cast) and bandaged.
Normal procedure; Go to emergency, go see medical officer (M.O) and refer to orthopedic specialist doctor. (note: MR is higher than DR)

COST -inclusive surgery, warding. One night prior and one night after surgery.
_Assunta (expensive surgery) RM 14K (approx)
_University Hospital (public -RM 600) -depending on urgency and normally long queue
_University Hospital (private -RM 8000)
_Putrajaya Hospital (Public, full paying patient; RM 4000)

Using Lightroom 3 for post processing.

Using Adobe Lighroom 3, for editing purpose for my Chengdu holiday photos.

Initial assessment is good.

Pro:
White balance adjustment in jpeg format
Easy editing for highlights and darkness with slider controls
Installed it in my netbook. (now I can post process easily).


Con:
Can't seem to get the burn/dodge and borders I often put in Adobe CS3.

Summary:
Will use both, CS3 and lightroom for post processing.

-weather expected is 5-10C
Actual weather -16C and -8C at the mountains and valley

-Chengdu city was 4C

-Excellent view, with blue mountains and frozen ice. Mostly are waterfalls and lake scenery

EXPECTATIONS.

Expectation: We burden upon others to re-act to our desired expectation.

If we hold a person in high regards, we expect something noble from that person and when it did not happen, our expectation failed and we are hurt/angered.

Expectation: Upon other to respond to our scripted expected answers.

We do hear other words except the scripted expected answers

We do not react to anything except our desired expectations in action or words.

Even the answers may not be true if we seek answers from others but bore in mind a scripted (definite) answer in our heart/mind. We need to rationale those gathered answers/wisdom to generate our own understanding.

Lastly, we are concerned with the (expected) views from outsiders. How would others view us.
This causes anxiety and anger. Do not harbour such views or expectations.

Windows Movie Maker 6.0 and 3gp files ; The publishing problem

To use 3gp files (Sony E hand-phone video)_in Windows movie maker 6.0,
From gp3 (hand-phone video format)-->convert each file to WMV, by publishing it in Windows Movie Maker 6.0

Save in a folder.

Then Do the storyboard using Windows Movie Maker 6.0, Now add audio, editing, etc. Ready to publish as WMV files.

I also found it hard to download this version as the latest Windows Movie Maker is out.

**I also changed the extension (via rename) from 3gp to wmv before making/editing my video.
This does not work!
