Lemon : we found him in the parking lot of a mall and took him in as our pet. In time he grew to become our friend. We miss him.So many things has happened since my last posting.
Lemon (my budgie) passed away on 3rd July 2009 and was taken to pure land. (i pray).
Lemon has shown different characteristic and was extremely friendly with us. He also ate a lot more. (huge appetite)
I did not notice any illness on his cere, beak or feathers. However he was not flying much. So we scheduled an appointment with the Vet that we found online. We also emailed a bloke whose bird had similar budgie symptoms. He was in the UK.
Anyway, long story short, we put Lemon in his cage to make the journey to the Vet. Unfortunately before getting there he passed away, in the condo. (may his rebirth in pure land usher a road to enlightenment).
We had known something was not so right. Some sixth sense telling us his time is near. Maybe Lemon knew it too. Lemon played with us more and we cherished every moment he shared with us.
We do hope to meet again in pureland.
